Academic Integrity Policy
Our practice items are original educational works. They are not, and must never be treated
as, actual NCLEX®, ARRT®, ANCC, AANP, AACN, or any other live examination content.
1. Our commitment
- Every practice question, case study, and rationale on the Platforms is written by or for MyoMed Prep as original content, built from published guidelines and public test plans.
- We do not solicit, accept, or publish recalled live examination items ("brain dumps"), and we remove and report any such material brought to our attention.
- We cite the evidence behind our content so learners can verify it themselves.
2. Your commitments
- Do not post, upload, or request actual examination content from any testing body. Candidates sign confidentiality agreements with NCSBN, ARRT, and certification boards — violating them can end a career, and it violates our Terms.
- Do not use the Platforms to cheat on any proctored examination or graded coursework, including accessing the Platforms during a proctored exam.
- Do not misrepresent your progress or results to schools or employers.
- Use your own account; do not complete work as another person.
3. Consequences
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination without refund, and — for live-exam content violations — reporting to the relevant testing organization as their rules require.
4. Reporting
If you believe any item on the Platforms resembles live examination content, or you observe misuse, report it via the company contact page. We investigate every report.
