What’s new
Plain-language notes on what changed in MyoMed Prep, newest first. Each line links to the change it came from.
- Accessibility. Every page now starts with a "Skip to main content" link, dark-mode buttons and form fields have readable contrast, and the accessibility statement reports what was tested and what was not. PR #338
- Accessibility. Pages were checked on a 375 px phone screen: nothing scrolls sideways, and buttons and links are at least 24 px so they are easy to tap. PR #340
- All programs. Dark mode now uses one shared palette across the sites. It follows your device setting until you pick light or dark yourself. PR #328
- All programs. NexGen, RadMatrix, Rescue and the company site now share one header and footer. PR #326
- Site. This What's New page: dated, plain-language notes on every change, each linked to its source. PR #351
- Site. New exam blueprint explainer pages for NCLEX-RN, EMT, AEMT and Paramedic, with the official weight bands and how to turn them into a study plan. PR #350
- Site. The company home page now shows MyoMed Rescue as Coming soon. PR #330
- Site. Search engines now get working sitemaps for NexGen and RadMatrix. PR #307
- NexGen Mastery. Setting up a study plan now takes two screens. Your exam is the only required answer, the exam date is optional, and you pick a pace with one tap. PR #336
- NexGen Mastery. Today shows a daily goal, a practice streak and a short list of the topics most worth your next ten minutes. PR #324
- NexGen Mastery. The daily goal and practice streak now reset at midnight where you are, not at midnight UTC (8 PM Eastern). PR #364
- NexGen Mastery. Study now: one button on Today builds a mixed set of 10 questions from items you missed, your weakest topics and topics you haven't tried. PR #325
- NexGen Mastery. The Study now question page has a visible heading, so screen readers and keyboard users know where they are. PR #337
- NexGen Mastery. A readiness dashboard estimates where you stand against MyoMed Prep's own practice standard. It shows no number until you have answered enough questions across the blueprint, and it is not a prediction of any licensing exam. PR #323
- NexGen Mastery. Readiness exam results now explain how the adaptive exam reached its decision, with a chart of your estimate settling as you answered. PR #316
- NexGen Mastery. After a simulation you can share a one-page Clinical Readiness Report link with a preceptor or employer, and turn the link off at any time. It is a practice score, not a credential. PR #318
- NexGen Mastery. When you are offline, Synapsis now says it needs a connection instead of failing, and reminds you that practice and flashcards still work. PR #347
- NexGen Mastery. The video series built on outside creators' videos was removed. Videos will return as original MyoMed lessons; the Videos page points to Study now, Cases and Flashcards until then. PR #366
- NexGen Mastery. In the EKG lab, the section buttons and the rhythm picker now have names that screen readers announce. PR #366
- NexGen Mastery. Every textbook and journal reference in the question bank now links to its source. PR #311
- NexGen Mastery. Citation corrections: a withdrawn CMS booklet was replaced with the current Medicare manual sections, and two vitamin D explanations were updated to the 2024 USPSTF statement. PR #317
- Billing. New pricing page: one pricing ladder with a 6-month term and an All-Access plan, plus an institutional pilot request form. Each plan's checkout opens once its price is set up. PR #306
- NexGen Mastery. Every rationale in the six machine-templated question packets was rewritten, and each wrong option now has its own explanation. PR #308
- NexGen Mastery. Cheat sheets: every citation is linked, and a publication gate and review log track which sheets are cleared for release. PR #313
- RadMatrix and Rescue. Exam tagging moved to the ARRT 2027 and NREMT 2026 blueprints. IVU was removed and NREMT technology-enhanced item formats were added. PR #315
- Rescue. Coming soon: 2026 draft content added for review (72 lessons, 18 decision cases, 396 practice items and 216 flashcards). None of it is published yet. PR #303
- NexGen Mastery. Interactive video lessons gained checkpoint questions inside the player, clinical pearls, and talking anatomical hosts. PR #310
- NexGen Mastery. A new My Dashboard page shows a student's real progress. It is visible to faculty and admins while it is reviewed. PR #286
- All programs. A study guide on legal proceedings is now available in NexGen, RadMatrix and Rescue. PR #299
- NexGen Mastery. Offline flashcard review is now tied to the signed-in account, so another account on the same device cannot replay your answers. PR #304
- Security. Fixes for code-scanning findings (cross-site scripting, path handling, regular-expression denial of service), rate limits on the dashboard and RadMatrix APIs, and a dependency update for four Dependabot alerts. PR #319
- Site. Dead citation links reported in review were fixed (54 URLs across 223 uses). PR #314
- Site. Search metadata: meta descriptions fit Bing limits, legal pages have descriptions, and the sitemaps were corrected. PR #312
- Accounts. One MyoMed sign-in now works across NexGen, Rescue and RadMatrix, with a My portals page and one billing place for every program. PR #296
- Rescue. Fixed a sign-up heading hidden under the header and a broken consent checkbox layout. PR #293
- Site. Faster home page: subset fonts, WebP logos and long-cache versioned assets. PR #291
- Site. Structured data, Rescue navigation, text encoding and social-share tags were corrected after an external audit. PR #292
- Legal. Updated public policies and a new Refund and Cancellation page. PR #282
- NexGen Mastery. Spaced-repetition reminders: a due-card badge, an email digest and Web Push notifications, all controlled by one opt-in.
- NexGen Mastery. Question bank audit: one mis-keyed select-all item, 23 wrong PubMed IDs, 331 dead citation links and 6 class-notes citations were fixed, and nine items were aligned to the 2025 ACC/AHA blood-pressure guideline.
- Site. Stricter content-security policy on the company site: inline scripts were removed.
