Trust & privacy
How we treat learner data and the optional coach. This is a description of current practice, not a certification.
What we publish
Our inventory and coverage map shows the depth behind each nursing track and how NCLEX-RN topics compare with the published exam plan. Explore the NexGen library transparency hub inside the nursing platform as well.
Read the evidence standard for how lessons are written and referenced, and outcomes for learner measures. Results are published only when enough learners qualify; we do not claim a pass rate or publish testimonials. Methods and status details remain on the technical page.
Where your data lives
Private infrastructure
NexGen Mastery, RadMatrix, and this company site run on infrastructure we operate. Account and learning data live there. We are not a public-cloud classroom host.
Protected origin
A first-party perimeter sits in front of the application. Technical detail — including network equipment — is in the Privacy Policy and Sub-processors list for anyone who wants it.
Public access
Public DNS and encrypted transport may use a listed reachability provider. That provider is not where your learning record lives. See Sub-processors.
Operator tools stay private
The operator dashboard is not published on the public internet.
Synapsis AI — the MyoMed coach
Synapsis AI is the named local tutor and coach inside MyoMed Prep. It is not a separate company. MyoMed Prep remains the education brand; Synapsis is the coach mark you see when you ask for an explanation.
The optional coach is a private on-site tutor. It is designed to run on infrastructure we operate. A tutor turn stays on MyoMed Prep infrastructure and is not sent to a public AI service. An external AI service is not configured as a fallback for tutor questions. See the technical details for how this is checked.
That status page is the live picture. This page does not claim the coach is up right now. If it is unavailable, the learner UI says the coach is on standby. The lesson library still answers.
A coach reply is meant to keep a cited library passage and not invent a dose. If it cannot do that, the platform is supposed to return the library answer instead. This is a product rule, not a guarantee that every turn is perfect. How well it holds is measured, not asserted: every answer path is run against a fixed prompt set (doses, contraindications, paediatric and pregnancy cases, misleading premises, messages it must decline) and the dated results — citation accuracy, unsupported-claim rate, dose-hallucination rate, refusal accuracy — are published on the technical page. It is a regression gate, not a clinical-safety certification.
If the tutor is down, practice items, unfolding cases, readiness exams, and flashcards keep working. The tutor soft-fails locally instead of sending the turn to a public AI service or failing the rest of the platform.
No patient information is sent on any AI path. Name, email, account identifier, and learning history are withheld from the engine. See the Privacy Policy, the Synapsis AI Privacy Policy for member sessions, and the sub-processor list.
How content is authored
Our founder authors the library against learning objectives and attaches sources to lessons and rationales.
We use published guidance and primary literature as starting points and show citations where learners use the material. The evidence standard describes source selection and limitations. This library is for education, not medical advice or a substitute for clinical judgment.
What this page is not
- Not a SOC 2 report, HIPAA attestation, or penetration-test letter.
- Not a certification that every independently operated copy of this software is configured the same way. On MyoMed Prep production, the learner tutor stays on our infrastructure; see the technical page.
- Not a substitute for the legal pages. Those govern.
