RadMatrix — radiologic imaging
ARRT® registry preparation with a real DICOM workstation. Local-first study is free; membership unlocks the item bank, spaced repetition sync and Synapsis. RadMatrix is a separate membership: a NexGen plan does not include RadMatrix, and a RadMatrix plan does not include NexGen, unless you choose All-Access below.

MyoMed Rescue — EMS
Free while in preview. NREMT EMT, Advanced EMT and Paramedic cognitive-exam preparation with field simulations is open at no charge while the item bank completes clinical review. Create one MyoMed account and it works across every program. When Rescue leaves preview it will be sold on the same terms as NexGen and included in All-Access.

What a pilot looks like
You name a cohort and a faculty lead. We provision seats, run a 30-minute onboarding call, and your faculty get the dashboard for one semester. At the end you see the data — item accuracy by blueprint category, simulator rubric scores, time on task — and decide. No contract until then.
What is included in NexGen Mastery
Every subscription level draws on the same curriculum and the same sourcing standard. What changes between levels is how much of it you can use at once.

Before you pay
Try it first. Every new NexGen account gets 30 days of full Premium with no card. Nothing starts charging automatically when the trial ends; you drop to the Free level unless you choose a plan.
Monthly and annual plans renew until you cancel. They renew automatically at the price shown when you chose the plan. Cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
The 6-month term does not renew. It ends on its own. If you want to continue, you choose again.
Refunds. Subscription payments are not prorated for part-used periods. If you are charged in error, or you followed the cancellation steps and were charged anyway, tell us within 14 days and we will put it right. Full detail is in the Refunds & Cancellation policy. Price changes. If a renewal price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel first.
One bill, separate products. NexGen Mastery and RadMatrix are separate memberships billed to the same MyoMed account; subscribing to one does not unlock the other. All-Access, where offered, unlocks both.
We do not guarantee an examination result, and we will not pretend otherwise to make a sale. What we publish instead is what the platform contains, where every claim comes from, and a free level generous enough to judge it before paying. See our Educational & Medical Disclaimer.
